Packaging. All products are delivered in strong, double-corrugated boxes, lined with food grade plastic film. Individual product layers are interlaced with food grade plastic sheet.

Deliveries. Deliveries within the Bangkok environs are made in our own freezer trucks. For deliveries further afield (such as to Phuket or Hua Hin), products are sent via train or airmail, packed in foam boxes with additional dry ice.

Please note that while deliveries within Bangkok are free, we levy a surcharge to cover the expenses of delivering to destinations upcountry. These charges vary according to whether products are sent by train or airmail, but are nonetheless reasonable. Please contact us for more detailed information.
